"Green Building" Diverts Waste From New Hospital

Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend qualifies as a reen building in part because of the careful recycling of its construction debris. About 75% of the debris was diverted from the landfill for reuse, thanks to a cooperative effort between Sanipac, EcoSort, and the hospital's primary contractor, Turner Construction.
