Below freezing temperatures can cause carts to not empty completely
Freezing temperatures can cause contents of carts to freeze and stick to the carts causing them to not empty completely. Yard debris carts are the biggest problem for us to empty in freezing conditions. You can help us by loosening the contents with a shovel or broom handle prior to your scheduled pick up. If your cart doesn't completely empty, please call us at 541-736-3600 or e-mail us to request the driver to come back. Please understand that go backs for yard debris & recycling can only be done on the scheduled week, as drivers are not in your area the following week.
