March 9, 2009 was a tragic day for all of us at Sanipac.
We lost a friend, a driver, a member of our family in a horrible accident. Larry Cantrell was a loyal and respected driver at Sanipac for 19 years working “Route 36” in North Eugene.
Prior to working at Sanipac, Larry hauled garbage in the Coburg Road area for many years. First for Earl’s Garbage Service and then started his own company, Cantrell and Son’s. To many of our customers, Larry was a smiling face you could count on seeing every week as he hauled away the garbage or recycling.
Larry leaves behind his wife of 40 years Judy, son Paul, and daughter Nikki. Larry and Judy have five grandchildren.
Thank you to those of you who have expressed their condolences, we are very grateful.
Contributions to help the family may be made to the Larry Cantrell Memorial Fund at Selco Community Credit Union.
